My name is Pauline Wong. I'm a Gen X born in Hong Kong, educated in HK, Canada and the U.S. I started Sponge in 2009 after working for a meeting facilitation firm for 11 years, taught creative thinking at a uni for a decade as a visiting lecturer, got my MBA, served as a mentor at an NGO and uni for a couple of years before I became a neuro-energetic kinesiologist (a.k.a. holistic health practitioner) 7 years ago.
What motivates me is to see people transform into a better version of themselves. They become happier and healthier and have the resilience to overcome any challenges life throws at them. They're not only attract abundance but also spread their positivity to others. That's why I reinvented Sponge Consultancy to Sponge Integration. My goal is to use my knowledge, expertise, and experience to help my fellow kinesiologists and other holistic health practitioners succeed so more people can get the benefits of holistic therapy.
